The Jordan Energy and Minerals Sector Regulatory Authority has issued a license to generate 17.5 MW of solar energy in Al Mafraq Development Area within Al Baaj land in Mafraq Governorate.
Where the license period of 20 years authorizes the company licensed to work in the field of electric power generation using solar cell technology for private consumption. The plant is expected to start operating at the beginning of next year.
