Emirates Airline wins ‘Best First Class and Business in the Middle East

Emirates Airline has won the “Best Class and Business Classes in the Middle East” award at the Condi Nast Traveler Awards ceremony recently held in Dubai with a gathering of industry leaders in the region.
The award was received by Khalid Al Jafla, Vice President of Commercial Operations for the UAE and Oman at Emirates Airline.
This year’s awards were awarded based on the GCC travelers’ best travel experience in several categories. The award underscores the carrier’s continued commitment to investing in new products and services that enhance customer experience.
In the past years, Emirates has invested in products and services that have made the passenger experience better, with improvements to its booths and lounges and more entertainment and dining options.
