“The Future of Business and Services in the Age of Artificial Intelligence” organized by the Sharjah Chamber of Commerce and Industry (SCCI) today, in cooperation with Staiton for Artificial Intelligence, stressed the importance of investing in artificial intelligence techniques and tools in various fields of life and work. The seminar was organized by Samer Obeidat of Stayton Artificial Intelligence in the framework of the ongoing efforts of the Sharjah Chamber of Commerce and Industry to introduce the business community in the emirate to the practical mechanisms of artificial intelligence and keep abreast of the developments of the fast pace and opportunities growing and potential.
The seminar was attended by Mohammed Ahmed Amin, Acting Director General of the Chamber, Mariam Saif Al Shamsi, Assistant General Manager, Support Services Sector at the Chamber, Ibrahim Al Jarwan, Director of Economic Relations and Marketing at Sharjah Chamber, as well as a large number of representatives from the private sector and employees of the Chamber.
The seminar reviewed a number of themes and topics, notably artificial intelligence, horizons, aspirations, institutional culture and professional ethics under artificial intelligence, governments and smart companies in the age of artificial intelligence.

It aims to improve performance and speed up the achievement and create a creative and innovative work environment with high productivity by raising awareness of the latest techniques and tools of artificial intelligence and applying them in various fields of work efficiently for the best investment of all energies And investing resources and human and material resources available in a creative way to accelerate the implementation of development programs and projects to reach the future, considering the strategic and cumulative dimensions of technological solutions.
The Acting Director General of the Chamber affirmed that the UAE has realized the importance of artificial intelligence, established the first ministry in the world and appointed the first Minister of Artificial Intelligence in accordance with the leaps of qualitative development witnessed in the country. He pointed to the importance of artificial intelligence in containing risks. With all the active institutions to enhance the success of the Emirate in achieving the vision of His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, Member of the Supreme Council and Ruler of Sharjah, to the success of the whole country and to achieve the leadership of the UAE and excellence in the world to reflect on the son And ensure that its society has sustainable and inexhaustible happiness.
For her part, Maryam Saif Al Shamsi stressed the importance of spreading awareness of the applications and challenges of artificial intelligence in line with the UAE’s strategy to achieve the goals of the UAE 2071, accelerating the implementation of development programs and projects to reach the future, relying on artificial intelligence in services, data analysis, investment of artificial intelligence tools and applications in various fields, And the available human and material potential in a creative way.
