Vietnam and Thailand held the second energy forum between the two countries in the Thai capital, Bangkok, seeking ways to achieve the common goal of developing clean and sustainable energy.
Since the first forum held in Binh Anh province in 2015, bilateral energy cooperation has achieved many encouraging results, local newspaper Vietnam News Friday quoted Vietnamese Vice Minister of Industry and Trade Aung Hoang An as saying.
He said that Thailand has been an important investor in Vietnam’s energy field, explaining that its business has been investing in wind, solar and thermal power plants in many Vietnamese regions.
