Mohammed bin Rashid honors the Sierra Leonean Minister of Education with the Best Minister Award in the World

His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, may God protect him, honored, on Tuesday, David Mwenina Singeh, Minister of Basic and Secondary Education in Sierra Leone, with the Best Minister Award in the World.

This honor came within the activities of the second day of the World Government Summit.
