The Abu Dhabi Commercial Conciliation and Arbitration Center (ADCB), an initiative of the Abu Dhabi Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ADCCI) in cooperation with the Commercial Arbitration Center of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC), is organizing the registration program for the 2019 program.
The program consists of six related stages. The completion of these stages allows the participant to obtain a certificate that enables him to be registered as a certified arbitrator in the table of arbitrators of the Gulf arbitration center and carry the official card for that purpose.
The program aims at qualifying national cadres in the Arab Gulf countries to work in the field of arbitration, and raising the level of arbitral performance among employees and those interested in arbitration affairs under the scientific supervision of Dr. Magdy Ibrahim Qassem, Executive Director of the Center.
“This program is organized in response to the many requests of those interested in arbitration,” said Mohammed Hilal Al Muhairi, Director General of ADCCI. “The most important feature of this program is the presence of selected professionals in this field.
The idea of training, qualifying and preparing the arbitrators comes within the framework of the objectives of investing the youth’s energies from legal disciplines to complete their legal and arbitral capacity and to increase their knowledge of their responsibilities and tasks in resolving disputes.
