Dubai Investments has announced that work on the AED 460 million Fujairah Business Center project has been completed by 20.5 per cent and construction work on the project is progressing rapidly in June 2020 ahead of schedule.
The total area of the Fujairah Business Center – a joint venture between Al-Taif Investment and Fujairah Investment Corporation – is 96,400 square meters and comprises two towers, the first consists of 19 floors and is allocated for offices, the second is from a hotel of the same height, in addition to a shopping center and retail stores with more parking spaces Of 670 cars.
Fujairah Business Center is located in downtown Fujairah with views of the Sheikh Zayed Mosque and the Chinese General Construction Engineering Company – Middle East as the project contractor, while Diwan Consulting Engineering and Architecture is a consultant.
