Egypt’s leading private equity firm, Compass, announced on Sunday the launch of its first phase of the Walk of Cairo project in February.
The project is located in West Cairo on an area of 11600 square meters, and includes 100 commercial units beside entertainment and administrative units.
The first phase of the project, designed by an American company, is scheduled to open to the public in September, the statement said.
Compass was founded in 2010 and has shares in Beltone Financial, CI Capital and Ramida Pharmaceuticals.
