Human Resources Development Fund (HADAF) confirmed that the program “Support for Skill Employment” will cover 30% of the wages of Saudis and Saudi women employed in private sector establishments in the first year.
This comes as a result of the Fund’s efforts to stimulate enterprises to settle, raise the contribution of citizens and citizens in the labor market, and provide them with the necessary skills needed by the market.
UNFPA approved program support controls by directing 70% of support for recruitment and 30% for training support. The period of financial support for the employee’s salary extends to 36 months, at 30% of the monthly salary
The first year of support, and 20% the second year, and 10% for the third year, and add an additional percentage of support, when the employment facility for females or persons with disabilities, and when employment in small towns and villages, and if the size of the facility 50 workers or less.
According to the program controls, the minimum wage due to the support of four thousand riyals, and the upper limit of pay 10 thousand riyals, and concentrated support in the program on four aspects, namely: support for the employment of graduates unemployed, and to support employment in the cities and villages with low population density , Supporting employment of women and persons with disabilities, and supporting employment in small and micro enterprises.
The program also targets the categories of jobs available in the private sector enterprises, researchers and job seekers, who have never worked and who have dropped out of work for more than 90 days, and includes recent graduates.
And it began to Human Resources Development Fund (goal) to provide support facilities for the employment of Saudis and Saudi women in employment support for skills upgrading program, which aims to stimulate private sector enterprises to resettlement, and to raise the contribution of the Saudis in the labor market, amid a stimulating, productive and stable work environments, and upgrading the skills of those who are on top the work.
