The real estate transactions in Dubai Land Department today reached more than AED 874 million, with 131 sales valued at AED 215 million, including 16 land sales worth AED 63 million and 115 sales of apartments and villas worth AED 152 million.
The most important land sales were AED 14 million in Umm Suqeim 3, followed by AED 11 million in Al Thanyah III followed by AED 6 million in Al Barsha South.
Al Habiya 3 topped the list with two sales worth AED 5 million, followed by Al Efra 2 with two sales worth AED 4 million and a third in Al Thanyah by registering two sales worth AED 7 million.
With regard to the most important sales of apartments and villas, came a pledge of AED 9 million in Al Jaddaf as the most important sales followed by a pledge of AED 9 million in Al Jaddaf and finally a pledge of AED 8 million in Island 2.
Business Bay topped the list in terms of sales of apartments and villas with 20 sales worth AED 20.5 million, followed by Al Merkad with 17 sales valued at AED 19 million and third in Al Thanyah 5 with 10 sales worth AED 8 million.
The mortgages were valued at AED 659 million, of which 30 were land mortgages valued at AED 1.6 billion, 64 mortgages of villas and apartments valued at AED 59 million, most notably in the Dubai Marina area of AED 1.4 billion and a further AED 32 million in Warsan IV.
