E-commerce sites looking for improved experiences to retain shoppers

E-commerce sites are currently facing the challenge of staying within shopping destinations, especially after the end of the “Covid-19” crisis, so they strive to provide specialized and attractive shopping experiences in order to preserve the shoppers who have been associated with them during the health crisis.

Experts and officials of e-commerce sites in the UAE confirmed that the e-commerce market in the UAE, the largest in the region, is witnessing fierce competition to attract shoppers, especially after the return of traditional shopping to its nature. They pointed out that attracting shoppers is now more difficult than before, and that one bad shopping experience is capable of ending the shopper’s relationship with the website, whether it is comprehensive or affiliated with a brand.
