The Central Bank’s budget exceeded 513 billion dirhams last November

Abu Dhabi, January 23 / The balance sheet of the UAE Central Bank exceeded 513 billion dirhams last November, according to the latest statistics of the Central Bank.
The Central Bank stated that the bank’s balance sheet increased on a monthly basis by 5.64%, to reach 513.61 billion dirhams at the end of last November, compared to 486.17 billion dirhams in October 2022.
And the balance sheet of the Central Bank increased on an annual basis by 3.12%, or the equivalent of 15.52 billion dirhams, compared to about 498.09 billion dirhams in November 2021.
According to statistics, the Central Bank’s budget was distributed on the assets side by 244.41 billion dirhams for cash and bank balances last November, in addition to investments saved to maturity by about 180.37 billion dirhams, 54.83 billion dirhams for deposits, 3.56 billion dirhams for loans and advances, and 30. 44 billion dirhams for other assets.
While the balance sheet was distributed on the liabilities and capital side by 213.94 billion dirhams for current accounts and deposit accounts, and about 153.86 billion dirhams for certificates of deposit and cash bills, 121.17 billion dirhams for issued cash papers and coins, 14.18 billion dirhams for capital and reserves, and 10.46 billion dirhams for other liabilities.
