90% ؜ Increase the licenses granted to foreign and domestic companies invested in Saudi Arabia

Saudi Investment Authority (KIA) disclosed a 90% increase in the number of licenses granted to foreign and local companies invested in the same period in 2017. The Commission granted 499 licenses until the end of the third quarter of 2018. The number of countries invested in the Saudi market since the beginning of 2018 until the end of the third quarter of the same year about 50 countries, Britain was one of the most investment countries in the Kingdom, followed by the United States of America. It is noteworthy that the service activity accounted for 76% of the total number of licenses, with 378 licenses, an increase of 100%, while the percentage of increase in commercial activity was 40% with 35 licenses, an increase of 13% for industrial activity and 63 licenses for the same period in 2017 .
