Dubai, March 3 / Real estate actions in the Dubai Land and Property Department reached more than 1.2 billion dirhams.
Today, the department witnessed the registration of 390 sales of 991.96 million dirhams, including 26 sales of land, at a value of 272.22 million dirhams, and 364 sales of apartments and villas, at a value of 719.74 million dirhams.
The most important land sales of 95 million dirhams in the Al -Barsha area, south of the fourth, followed by a pledge of 25 million dirhams in the Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Gardens area, followed by a pledge of 21 million dirhams in the fourth Habah area.
The Fourth Habah area topped the areas in terms of the number of sales, as 5 sales of 65 million dirhams, followed by the Fifth Habah area, recorded 4 sales of 8 million dirhams and a third in Jabal Ali Al -Awal, with 3 sales of 8 million dirhams.
As for the most important sales of apartments and villas, a pledge of 30 million dirhams in the Nakhleh Jumeirah region came as the most important sales, followed by a pledge of 25 million dirhams in the first pink area and finally a pledge of 22 million dirhams in the Dubai Marina region.
The Nad area also topped the share of the regions in terms of the number of sales of apartments and villas, as it recorded 55 sales of 15 million dirhams, followed by the Al -Barsha area, south of the fourth, with 37 sales of 29 million dirhams, and a third in the first goods, with 31 sales of 61 million dirhams.
The hostages recorded a value of 183.12 million dirhams, of which 13 mortgaged lands worth 89.94 million dirhams and 51 mortgaged villas and apartments worth 93.18 million dirhams, the most important of which was in the Dubai Investment Complex area of 39 million dirhams and another in the Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Gardens area at a value of 35 million dirhams.
As for the gifts, it witnessed the registration of 13 gifts, at a value of 31.72 million dirhams, the most important of which was in the Nakhleh Jumeirah area, at a value of 18 million dirhams, and another in the Dubai Marina area, with a value of 3 million dirhams.
