Real estate transactions in the Dubai Land Department today amounted to more than 1.5 billion dirhams, as the department witnessed the registration of 515 pledges of allegiance, at a value of 1.44 billion dirhams, including 32 pledges of allegiance to lands, at a value of 299.29 million dirhams, and 483 pledges of allegiance to apartments and villas, at a value of 1.14 billion dirhams.
The most important land sales came with a value of 175 million dirhams in the first industrial area of Jebel Ali, followed by a pledge of 19 million dirhams in the Palm Deira area, followed by a pledge of 17 million dirhams in the Umm Al Sheif area.
The fifth area of Al-Habibiyah topped the regions in terms of the number of sales, as it recorded 20 sales at a value of 41 million dirhams, followed by the first Jebel Ali region, with two sales at a value of 9 million dirhams, and a third in Wadi Al-Safa 3, with two sales at a value of 16 million dirhams.
With regard to the most important sales of apartments and villas, the sale amounted to 45 million dirhams in the second Jumeirah district, as the most important sale, followed by the sale of 41 million dirhams in the second Jumeirah district, and finally the sale worth 41 million dirhams in the second Jumeirah district.
Al-Merkadh area topped the regions in terms of the number of sales of apartments and villas, as it recorded 84 pledges of allegiance, at a value of 94 million dirhams, followed by the third area of Al-Thaniah, with 46 pledges of 122 million dirhams, and a third in Al-Barsha, south of the fourth, with 43 pledges of 32 million dirhams.
As for donations, 19 donations were recorded, with a value of 137.87 million dirhams, the most important of which was in the Palm Jumeirah area, with a value of 90 million dirhams, and another in the Dubai Marina area, with a value of 21 million dirhams.
