The non-oil foreign trade between the UAE and China during the period from 2012-2021 grew by 78.5% to reach a value of 223.5 billion dirhams by the end of 2021, compared to 125.1 billion dirhams in 2012, and the total non-oil foreign trade between the two countries during that period exceeded about 1.72 trillion dirhams, Of these, 1.53 trillion dirhams are imports, about 64 billion dirhams are the value of non-oil exports, and about 121 billion dirhams are the value of re-exports, according to data from the Federal Competitiveness and Statistics Center.
