ADNOC Distribution, the largest operator of state-of-the-art service and retail outlets, has announced the delivery of 100,000 smart chips for free on customer vehicles under the recently announced ADNOC Flex options.
Smart chips can pay for refueling without the need to use credit cards or debit cards after filling the smart account electronically.
Saeed Mubarak Al Rashidi, Acting CEO of ADNOC Distribution, said: “Providing the vehicles with smart chips is the easiest and fastest way to refuel and pay.” With the distribution of 100 thousand free chips, customers can register and book an appointment to install the slide in one of the approved centers.
ADNOC Flex offers customers choices on how and where to refuel. These options are offered in Abu Dhabi first, where customers have the opportunity to test their premium service options and self-service before applying a simple service fee.
Customers who wish to install the smart chip on your vehicles must follow the steps to register to open the ADNOC Portfolio at www.adnocdistribution.com/en/smart and then recharge the ADNOC portfolio with AED 50 or more to activate it and set up an appointment via e-mail to install the SIM card. Finish taking the vehicle to the Smart Slide Installation Center on time.
It is worth mentioning that 110 thousand smart chips were installed from ADNOC last year and by the end of June all the service stations in the country will be equipped to read the smart chips, which allows customers to refuel and pay easily and quickly
