The real estate transactions in the Dubai Land Department during the week reached AED 16 billion and AED 222 million, with a total of 548 million dirhams worth of AED 191.1 million, of which AED 622 million was pledged to land and AED 479 million was sold to apartments and villas valued at AED 569 million.
The most important land sales of AED 100 million were in the Dubai Maritime City area, followed by a pledge of AED 66 million in the Dubai Marina area followed by a pledge of AED 64 million in the fourth Tanniyah area.
The third area of Al-Habia was in terms of number of sales, with 9 sales of 22 million dirhams, followed by Al Barsha in the south of the fifth with 6 sales of 19 million dirhams and 3 in Safa 7 with 5 sales of 18 million dirhams.
In terms of the most important sales of apartments and villas, a total of AED 34 million was pledged at Palm Jumeirah as the most significant pledge, followed by a pledge of AED 15 million in the Palm Jumeirah area, and finally a pledge of AED 8 million in the parking area.
The Gulf Business District topped the region in terms of the number of sales of apartments and villas, with 52 shares sold for 59 million dirhams, followed by the fifth with a total of 47 million dirhams and a third in Al Barsha, the fourth with 43 million dirhams.
Mortgages recorded 15 billion and 31 million dirhams, of which 93 were land mortgages worth 14 billion and 800 million dirhams and 104 were for villas and apartments worth 231 million dirhams.
