18 new projects in Abu Dhabi to provide 5037 housing units, including 10 for the construction of villas, 5 for buildings, and 3 for mixed-use

The digital platform “Dari” for real estate services, affiliated with the Department of Municipalities and Transport in Abu Dhabi, has registered 18 new projects. These projects will contribute to the provision of 5037 new housing units in separate areas in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, including “Saadiyat Island, Yas Island, Al Reem Island, Madinat Zayed and a number of areas.”
The “Dari” platform launched by the department, in cooperation with the advanced real estate services company ADRES at the beginning of this year, indicated that the new projects that were registered include 10 projects for the construction of villas, 5 projects for the construction of buildings, in addition to 3 mixed-use projects.
She explained that the number of projects that have been launched on the platform since last February until now has reached 178 projects, including 74 residential buildings, 43 plots, 49 villas, and 12 mixed-use projects, with varying completion rates of 99%.
