The construction of 1899 residential units of the “Townhouse” type was launched in the “Sunset Hills” project in the Eastern Province, west of Dammam, targeting the beneficiaries of the Housing Support program of the Ministry of Housing.

The owners will be given a 10 year guarantee for the structural structure, thermal pipes, Electricity, water insulation, and 20 years on electricity distribution boards.
He added that all construction standards are in line with the Saudi Organization for Standardization, Metrology and Quality, in cooperation with a global construction company with several projects around the world.
He pointed out that the prices of the units that will be offered to the beneficiaries of the program “housing support” came in accordance with accurate pricing studies, to suit their financial capabilities, and urged them to visit the site of the exhibition catalog for the illustrations, for the purpose of booking and inspection.
