Real estate transactions in the Dubai Land Department amounted to more than 2 billion dirhams, as the department witnessed today the registration of 529 pledges of allegiance at a value of 1.89 billion dirhams, including 28 pledges of allegiance to land, at a value of 156.11 million dirhams, and 501 pledges of allegiance to apartments and villas, at a value of 1.73 billion dirhams.
The most important land sales came with a value of 40 million dirhams in the fourth Warsan area, followed by a pledge of 27 million dirhams in the first Jumeirah area, followed by a pledge of 13 million dirhams in the fourth district of Al Habiya.
The fifth area of Al-Habibiyah topped the regions in terms of the number of pledges, as it recorded 9 pledges of 22 million dirhams, followed by the first Jebel Ali region, with 5 pledges of 16 million dirhams, and a third in Palm Jumeirah, with 2 pledges of 753 thousand dirhams.
With regard to the most important sales of apartments and villas, the sale amounted to 336 million dirhams in the second Trade Center area, as the most important sale, followed by the sale of 127 million dirhams in the Island 2 area, and finally the sale of 120 million dirhams in the Burj Khalifa area.
The Business Bay region topped the regions in terms of the number of sales of apartments and villas, as it recorded 106 pledges of allegiance, at a value of 169 million dirhams, followed by the first Khairan region, with 47 pledges of allegiance, at a value of 127 million dirhams, and a third in Wadi Al-Safa 7, with 29 pledges of allegiance, at a value of 27 million dirhams.
The mortgages recorded a value of 133.23 million dirhams, including 8 land mortgages with a value of 17.7 million dirhams and 72 mortgages for villas and apartments with a value of 115.53 million dirhams.
As for donations, 12 donations were recorded, with a value of 48.36 million dirhams, the most important of which was in the Burj Khalifa area, with a value of 17 million dirhams, and another in the Seih Shuaib 3 area, with a value of 12 million dirhams.
