Mortgages recorded a value of 385.86 million dirhams, including 13 mortgages for land at a value of 149.55 million dirhams, and 79 mortgages for villas and apartments at a value of 236.31 million dirhams.
As for donations, 20 donations were recorded at a value of 108.64 million dirhams, the most important of which was in the Business Bay area with a value of 88 million dirhams, and another in the Dubai Marina area with a value of 10 million dirhams.
