The real estate transactions in the Dubai Land Department have now reached more than AED 2.3 billion, with AED 2.1 billion worth of mortgages being made through 60 transactions. In terms of the most important sales of apartments and villas, AED 13.9 million was recognized as the most important commercial property in the Gulf Business District, followed by a pledge of AED 5.6 million in the Dubai Marina area and finally a pledge of AED 5.1 million in the Dubai Marina area.
