21million tons, the handling volume of Salalah Port

Muscat Media IN: The volume of handling in Salalah Port reached 21 million tons, where the port and the free zone in Sohar recorded 601.4 million Omani riyals as a contribution to the GDP for the current year.
The port increased the total number of companies operating in it to 1,924 companies, bringing the number of jobs in these companies to 104,545 jobs at a rate of 49%, and the total investments amounted to 398 million Omani riyals, while the percentage of awarded contracts amounted to 79% at the end of the third quarter.
