249 million barrels of sales volume of ENOC in 2017

ENOC Group announced that its sales of oil products in 2017 reached 249 million barrels, mainly due to the continued strategic expansion of the Group’s operations in the areas of trade, retail, energy storage and product marketing.

Stressing that projects such as the expansion of the Jebel Ali refinery and the extension of fuel supply lines are vital elements to support the process of transformational growth witnessed by the state.
He pointed out that the year 2017 marked a quantum leap in the ENOC process, which is evident in the expansion of the oil refinery project and enhancing the performance of the group in the retail sector, which resulted in the provision of more jobs and form a supportive element for industrial processes in important sectors such as aviation and transportation.
He said that in 2017 ENOC achieved one of the highest levels of productivity in its history after the utilization rate of refinery operations reached 100% and the Group has seen significant progress in the expansion project of the refinery worth US $ 1 billion, which will increase the productivity of refined oil products In addition, ENOC products and operations have grown significantly, with the announcement of the partnership between Emirates Gas and Dubai Properties to begin distributing and installing the composite gas cylinders and launching Fuel Yoy “Biodiesel 5” as part of the sustainability initiatives that the group is committed to.
