The real estate transactions in the Dubai Land Department during the week reached more than 3 billion and 655 million dirhams, the most prominent of which were mortgages worth two billion and 400 million dirhams through 249 procedures.
During the week, the department recorded 570 claims of AED1,255 million, of which 93 million were land titles and AED725 million were sold for 477 apartments and villas worth 530 million dirhams.
The most important land sales were AED 135 million in the Business Bay area, followed by a 62 million dirham pledge in Al Manara area followed by a 37 million dirham pledge in the Nad Al Sheba area.
The Sheikh Mohammed Gardens area topped the number of sales by recording 9 sales of AED 108.2 million, followed by the first area of ​​Maisam with 8 sales of AED 80 million and the third with 7 sales of AED 20 million.
In terms of the most important sales of apartments and villas, a total of AED 14 million was pledged at Palm Jumeirah as the most important pledge, followed by a pledge of 13 million dirhams in the Gulf business district and a pledge of AED 7 million in the area of ​​the garage.
The Sheikh Mohammed Gardens was the best selling area in terms of sales of apartments and villas, with a total of 73 million dirhams, followed by the Gulf Business District with a total of 53 million dirhams and a third in Al Barsha.
The mortgages were valued at two billion and 400 million dirhams, of which 110 land mortgages valued at one billion and 400 million dirhams and 139 villas and apartments worth 1 billion dirhams, the most important area of ​​the Khairan worth 750 million dirhams and the other in the first area of ​​the first Dhs 350 million.
