Mr. Nayef Bin Nawaf Al Sharif, General Secretary of the Sale and Leasing Committee, said that these two projects will contribute to providing opportunities for those who wish to own residential or investment properties before or during the stages of implementing the projects, noting that Wafi is seeking, through issuing these licenses, Trust in the projects that develop the sales system on the map and increase the size of housing projects in the Kingdom.
Al-Sherif confirmed that the licenses of Wafi are granted only after all the conditions and requirements for obtaining the license that authorizes the real estate developer to market and then sell to the project units have been completed in order to safeguard the rights of the beneficiaries and confirm the implementation of the obligations of the implementing developers for those projects.
