The Real Estate Department of the Dubai Land Department has recorded more than AED 302 million in real estate transactions, with a total value of AED 187 million, of which AED 23 million is for land and AED 96 million for apartments and villas.
The second Al Barsha area topped the most important land sales of 7 million dirhams followed by the first Khawaneej area with a pledge of 7 million dirhams, while Al Barsha was the fourth of the fourth with a sales value of 6 million dirhams
The area of Al-Yafra 2 surpassed the areas in terms of the number of sales. It recorded 15 pledges of 21 million dirhams followed by the first Khawaneej area with a pledge of AED 7 million and a third in Wadi Al-Safa 5 with a pledge of AED 3 million.
The sales of apartments and villas were estimated at 13 million dirhams, the first being Island 2 as the most important sales, followed by a pledge of AED 6 million in the first Khairan area and finally a pledge of AED 5 million in the Burj Khalifa area.
The first area in terms of sales of apartments and villas was 17 million dirhams, followed by Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Gardens with 11 million dirhams and a third in Burj Khalifa with 8 sales worth 18 million dirhams.
Mortgages were valued at AED 115 million, of which AED 23 million were subject to land with a value of AED 76 million and 23 were subject to villas and apartments valued at AED 39 million, the most important of which was the first Al Barsha area of AED 15 million and the rest of the land area of AED 15 million.
