The real estate transactions in the Dubai Land Department have reached more than 375 million dirhams, with a total of 92 million dirhams worth of AED 251 million, including 18 plots of land for 142 million dirhams and 74 apartments and villas worth AED 109 million.
The most significant land sales of AED 33 million were in the Khabisim area, followed by a pledge of AED 17 million in the Satwa area and a pledge of AED 12 million in the Al Barsha area south of the third.
Al Safa 6 area topped the number of sales by recording 3 sales of AED 11 million, followed by the area with 3 sales of AED 31 million and a third in Palm Jumeirah with sales of AED 11 million.
In terms of the most important sales of apartments and villas, a pledge of 14 million dirhams was received in the Gulf Business Zone as the most important pledge, followed by a pledge of 12 million dirhams in the area of furniture and finally a pledge of AED 7 million in the area of the garage.
Dubai Marina region topped the region in terms of the number of sales of apartments and villas, with 10 sales of 21 million dirhams, followed by Worsan Al-Oula with 8 sales of 3 million dirhams and a third in Burj Khalifa with 7 sales worth 13 million dirhams.
Mortgages were valued at AED 124 million, of which AED 22 million were subject to land with a value of AED 74 million and AED 26 million for villas and apartments valued at AED 50 million, of which AED 33 million were in Hor Al Anz area and AED 21 million in the Business Bay area.
