400,000 citizens are targeted within the “Envision” program to detect chronic diseases

Dr. Omniyat Al-Hajri, Executive Director of the Community Health Sector at the Abu Dhabi Center for Public Health, revealed that the “check” program launched by the center to detect chronic diseases, which is a global and local challenge, and the most cause of death, targets 400,000 male and female citizens aged 18 years and over to conduct Free comprehensive examinations, for the comprehensive periodic detection of diseases and their early treatment.
She added that the comprehensive periodic examination within the “Envision” program includes a number of globally applicable tests, which have scientifically proven their ability to reduce deaths and reduce the burden by detecting diseases under one umbrella.
