The Department of Land and Property in Dubai said it has achieved more than AED 472 million in real estate transactions. Today, the department has recorded 211 pledges of AED 309 million, of which 23 plots of land are valued at AED 87 million and 188 million for villas and villas worth AED 222 million.
The most important land sales of AED 12 million were in the Palm Jumeirah area, followed by a pledge of AED 8 million in the first Nad Al Sheba area followed by a pledge of AED 7 million in the first Nad Al Sheba area.
The first area in terms of number of sales was 4 million sales of AED 12 million, followed by Sheikh Mohammed Gardens with 4 sales of AED 18 million and a third in Al Habiba with 3 sales of AED 5 million.
In terms of the most important sales of the apartments and villas, a pledge of AED 14 million was received at Palm Jumeirah as the most important pledge, followed by a pledge of AED 5 million in the Dubai Marina area and a pledge of AED 4 million in the Palm Jumeirah area.
