The commercial office market in Dubai recorded a relative growth during the past months of this year, supported by the great recovery of the local economy, and the demand for the opening of new companies in Dubai, in addition to its expansions in light of the increase in office supply, as well as the return of employees to work from offices by more than 90%.
The three factors, mentioned previously, contributed to pushing the curve of office space rents in Dubai to an increase during the past 9 months with a similar momentum to the momentum recorded over the past year and with a quarterly average ranged between 5 and 7% depending on the region and quality, which is the same rise recorded by the sector in year 2016.
