The digital government of the UAE confirmed the unification of fines fees for staying inside the country, after the expiration of a residence or visit visa, and the grace period granted for its renewal, and it became 50 dirhams for each day after the expiration of the grace, according to the Federal Authority for Identity and Nationality, Customs and Ports Security.
The “digital government” called on foreigners residing in the country and tourists to visit the websites of the authority and the General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs Dubai, to view the visa service fees, as the fees that must be paid for that service are available on each service card, whether it is issuance, extension or cancellation of a visa. .
She indicated that a request for entry and visa permits service can be submitted through the authority’s website and smart application, the administration’s website, the “Dubai Now” application, and printing centers.
She added that there are electronic channels for visa application, through which a request for an entry permit or residence permit can be submitted on the Google or Apple store.
She pointed out that the application for obtaining a visa or entry permit can be submitted directly, through printing offices registered with the Authority, or printer offices accredited by the General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs Dubai, where the office submits the application and after approval, the applicant receives a letter of approval and the original entry permit.
