The Dubai Land and Property Department has recorded more than AED 570 million in real estate transactions today, with a total of 203 sales of AED 335 million, of which AED 461 million is for land and AED 157 million for apartments and villas.
The most significant sales of land amounted to AED 12 million in the gardens of Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid, followed by a pledge of AED 12 million in the area of the land, followed by a pledge of AED 7 million in the parking area.
Al-Yafra 2 topped the list with 20 sales of AED 29 million, followed by Wadi Al-Safa 5 with 6 sales of AED 15 million and third in Al-Habiba with 3 sales of AED 6 million.
In terms of the most important sales of apartments and villas, a total of AED 12 million was pledged in the area as the main selling point, followed by a pledge of AED 9 million in the Palm Jumeirah area and finally a pledge of AED 7 million in the parking area.
The first area of Worsan was in terms of the number of sales of apartments and villas, with a total of 30 million dirhams, followed by Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Gardens with a total of 14 million dirhams and a third in Burj Khalifa with 11 million dirhams.
Mortgages were valued at AED 235 million, of which 25 were land mortgages valued at AED 165 million and 50 were for villas and apartments valued at AED 70 million, the most important of which was Dhs 58 million and Dhs 24 million in Dubai Marina area
