Iraq’s exports of oil reached 6.1 billion dollars last December.
According to a preliminary statement issued by the Iraqi Oil Marketing Company “Sumo” the total amount of crude oil exports from oil fields in the south, central and northern Iraq 115 million and 517 thousand and 974 barrels .. The total quantities exported from Oil fields in central and southern Iraq 112 million and 450 thousand and 367 barrels and the total exported from the northern fields through the Turkish port of Ceyhan 3 million 67 thousand and 607 barrels.
And the daily rate of oil exports from the south of the country amounted to 3,726 million barrels, while the daily rate of exports through the northern port 99 thousand barrels.
The revenues from these exports amounted to 6 billion, 99 million and 662 thousand dollars. The average price per barrel is 52,803 dollars.
