Dubai real estate transactions worth AED 6.3 billion in a week

The real estate transactions in the Dubai Land Department during this week achieved more than 6.3 billion dirhams, where the Department witnessed 960 sales worth AED 1.6 billion, of which 96 land sales worth 400 million dirhams and 864 sales of apartments and villas valued at one billion and 200 million dirhams.
The most important land sales amounted to AED 16 million in Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Gardens followed by AED 16 million in Al Merkad area followed by AED 15 million in Satwa.
Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Gardens was the most active area in terms of sales, with 11 sales worth AED 92 million, followed by Al Khawaneej First with 11 sales worth AED 40 million and the third in Saih Shoaib 1 with 9 sales worth AED 6 million.
As for the most important sales of apartments and villas, a total of AED 14 million was sold in Dubai Marina, followed by a sale of AED 10.3 million in Island 2 and finally AED 7 million in the Burj Khalifa area.
Wadi Al Safa topped the list in terms of the number of sales of apartments and villas with 137 sales valued at AED 195 million, followed by Business Bay with 68 sales valued at AED 82 million and a third in the airport city with 65 sales valued at AED 57 million.
The mortgages recorded a value of 4.7 billion dirhams, of which 97 land mortgages worth 4 billion and 200 million dirhams and 210 mortgages villas and apartments worth 499 million dirhams, the most important in the Dubai Marina area of ​​1.5 billion dirhams and another in the region of Al Jaddaf worth 417.9 million dirhams.
