73 thousand license completed by Sharjah Economic in 2017

The Department of Economic Development in Sharjah completed 73111 licenses issued and renewed in the Emirate of Sharjah during 2017 with a total growth of 2% compared to 2016, according to the official data released by the Department through the 2017 Business License Report.
The license, which was renewed in 2017, reached 67522 licenses, up 4 percent from 2016.
The data revealed that commercial licenses came in first place, accounting for 65 percent of total licenses for 2017, followed by professional licenses by 31 percent, industrial licenses by 3 percent, licenses by 1 percent, while industrial licenses achieved the highest growth rate of licenses issued, During the year 2017
