Real estate transactions in the Dubai Land Department (DCCI) today achieved more than AED 856 million.
A total of 119 plots of land worth AED 296 million were recorded, including 25 plots of land with a total value of AED 171 million and 94 million dirhams for apartments and villas worth AED 125 million.
The most important sales of land amounted to 115 million dirhams in the area of Wadi Safa 2 followed by a pledge of 4 million dirhams in the area of Al-Yafra 2 and a pledge of 4 million dirhams in the area of Wadi Safa 6.
Al-Yafra region topped the number of sales by 11 million dirhams, followed by Wadi Al-Safa 6 with 5 sales of 18 million dirhams and a third in the third lot with a total of 5 million dirhams.
As for the most important sales of apartments and villas, a total of AED 6 million was pledged in the Burj Khalifa area as the most important sales, followed by a pledge of AED 5 million in the Gulf Business Zone and finally a pledge of AED 4 million in the Wadi Al Safa area.
Al Barsha was the fourth largest region in terms of sales of apartments and villas with 9 sales of AED 7 million, followed by Dubai Marina with 9 sales of AED 17 million and a third in Burj Khalifa with 8 sales of AED 22 million.
