9.1 billion dirhams Dubai real estate transactions in a week

Real estate transactions in the Dubai Land Department during the current week amounted to more than 9.1 billion dirhams, as the department witnessed the registration of 2392 pledges of allegiance at a value of 6.32 billion dirhams, including 159 pledges of allegiance to lands, at a value of 877.59 million dirhams, and 2233 pledges of allegiance to apartments and villas, at a value of 5.44 billion dirhams.

The most important land sales came with a value of 100 million dirhams in the Business Bay area, followed by a pledge of 97 million dirhams in the first Al Sufouh area, followed by a pledge of 20 million dirhams in the Al Barsha area, south of the second.

Al-Habibiyah 5th district topped the regions in terms of the number of pledges, as it recorded 66 pledges of pledge at a value of 177 million dirhams, followed by Al Yafra 2, with 21 pledges of 29 million dirhams, and a third in Jebel Ali First, with 12 pledges of 38 million dirhams.

With regard to the most important sales of apartments and villas, a sale amounted to 315 million dirhams in the first Jumeirah area, as the most important sale, followed by a sale worth 183 million dirhams in the Business Bay area, and finally a sale worth 85 million dirhams in the Palm Jumeirah area.

Dubai Marina topped the regions in terms of the number of sales of apartments and villas, as it recorded 278 pledges of allegiance, at a value of 720 million dirhams, followed by Al Barsha South Al Thani, with 194 pledges of 173 million dirhams, and a third in Merkad, with 151 pledges of 267 million dirhams.

The mortgages recorded a value of 2.65 billion dirhams, of which 92 land mortgages amounted to 1.24 billion dirhams and 363 mortgages of villas and apartments amounted to 1.41 billion dirhams.

As for donations, 79 donations were recorded, with a value of 172.25 million dirhams, the most important of which was in the first Umm Suqeim area, with a value of 32 million dirhams, and another in the second Al Barsha area, with a value of 15 million dirhams.
