The Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC) announced that the price of its basket of crudes, which includes the average prices of 13 crudes produced by member countries, reached $97.3 per barrel yesterday.
And “OPEC” – in its bulletin issued today – stated that the annual rate of the basket price amounted to about 69.89 dollars per barrel in 2021, and 41.47 dollars per barrel in 2020.
The OPEC reference basket of crudes consists of 13 crudes, each of which represents the main export oil for each of the member countries of the organization.
