Abu Dhabi Ports launches “Khalifa Industrial City for Logistics”

Abu Dhabi Ports City (KHCC) has launched the first of its kind in the Middle East to provide flexible storage solutions according to demand.
Khalifa Industrial City is a 1.3 million square foot (120,000 square meter) area, providing tenants with free and non-free storage solutions that cater to customers’ needs including luxury goods storage, electronic appliances, food products and medicines.
All the warehouses are designed with dedicated spaces for loading and unloading the goods with a platform to facilitate the entry and exit of forklifts in addition to the presence of spacious parking spaces.
Capt. Mohammed Jumaa Al Shamsi, Chief Executive Officer of Abu Dhabi Ports, said that the launch of the Khalifa Industrial City for Logistics reflects Abu Dhabi Ports keenness to anticipate customer requirements and provide innovative and highly flexible solutions. He pointed out that there is a rapid demand for warehouses by companies operating in the UAE and the region. Strategically positioned solution to meet the diverse needs of customers ranging from retail and small businesses to major e-commerce companies.
Customers can reserve these stores according to demand without having to sign long-term contracts with different spaces ranging from 10,000 square feet (1,000 square meters). The booking can be made electronically through the Khalifa Industrial City website, Abu Dhabi or other leading booking platforms such as Get Go Global.
