ADNOC announces the launch of a system that uses the Block Qin to produce oil and gas

Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC) has announced its partnership with IBM in a pilot project for an automated system that uses Block Qin technology to integrate the day-to-day operations of ADNOC’s oil and gas production group.
This leading system provides a secure platform for tracking, verifying and implementing operations at every stage from the production process to the customer.
This was announced by Abdul Nasser Al Mughairbi, Director of the Digital Technology Unit at ADNOC, during his participation last week at the World Energy Capital Society in London.
ADNOC reviewed the ambitions and early successes achieved by the use of Block Qin and other advanced technologies, including artificial intelligence, in its various operations to enhance operational efficiency, increase economic return and profitability, and maximize Value of oil and gas resources in order to take advantage of the opportunities provided by the concept of “oil and gas 4.0”.
According to ADNOC, the use of Block Qin technology reduces the time required to perform operations between ADNOC Group companies, significantly increases the efficiency of operations across different business processes, and enhances the reliability of production data through transparency in transactions.
