The company has already begun selling its own oil products in India, the world’s second largest lubricant market and seeking further expansion in the Saudi market and locally in Dubai.
ADNOC Distribution and its expansion plans contributed to the strong financial performance of the company, which reflected the financial results for 2018 with a net profit of 18% and AED 2.1 billion, while pre-tax, amortization and amortization increased by 22% to AED 2.7 billion.
The report attributed the good financial results for 2018 to a number of factors, including the company’s retail revitalization program, which contributed to an increase in the basket size by 10.8% in the fourth quarter of FY2018 compared to 2017 and 16.8% in 2018 compared to the year 2017.
