Real estate transactions in the Dubai Land Department have generated more than AED1.2 billion, of which AED 1 billion were mortgages through 41 transactions.
Today, the department has registered 98 pledges of 200 million dirhams, including 23 plots of land for 100 million dirhams and 75 apartments and villas for 100 million dirhams.
The most important land sales were AED 62 million in Al Manara area, followed by a pledge of AED 12 million in the Umm Al Sheef area followed by a pledge of AED 8 million in the first Tanniyah area.
Al-Yafra region topped the list with 5 sales of AED 7 million followed by Al-Yafra 3 with sales of AED 8.4 million and a third in the fifth fold with sales of AED 8 million.
In terms of the most important sales of apartments and villas, a total of AED 13 million was pledged in the Gulf Business District as the most important pledge, followed by a pledge of AED 4 million in the Gulf Business District and a total of AED 4 million in the Gulf Business District.
The Gulf Commercial Zone topped the region in terms of the number of sales of apartments and villas, with 10 sales worth 34 million dirhams followed by Worsan Al-Oula with 9 sales of 3 million dirhams and three in Sheikh Mohammed Gardens with 9 sales worth 8 million dirhams.
Mortgages were valued at AED 1 billion, of which 16 were land mortgages valued at 200 million dirhams and 25 were villas and apartments worth 800 million dirhams, the most important of which was in the Khairan area of 750 million dirhams and the third in Al Barsha south third with a value of 95 million dirhams.
