Omniyat Properties Group, together with Transguard Group, has contracted to provide facilities management services for its portfolio of commercial real estate projects in the Business Bay area of Dubai, including the Opus Building, designed by the late international designer Zaha Hadid.
Under this agreement, which will be worth AED 14.5 million and will last for three years, Transguard Group will be responsible for mechanical, electrical, plumbing, maintenance, cleaning and other services.
