Dubai Land Department Generates AED 3billion from Real Estate Transactions

The real estate transactions in the Dubai Land Department have generated more than AED 3 billion. The department today recorded 140 pledges of AED 200 million, including 24 plots of land for AED 70 million and 116 properties for villas and villas worth 140 million dirhams.

The most important land sales were AED 16 million in the Palm Jumeirah area, followed by a pledge of AED 6 million in the fifth Al Thaniah area followed by a pledge of AED 4 million in the 5th Al Thaniah area.

Jebel Ali region topped the region with 12 million dirhams, followed by Palm Jumeirah with 17 million dirhams and a third in the fifth fold with sales of 10 million dirhams.

In terms of the most important sales of apartments and villas, a total of AED 4 million was pledged at Al Wasl as the most important sales, followed by a pledge of AED 4 million in the Burj Khalifa area and a total of AED 3 million in Burj Khalifa.

The Burj Khalifa region topped the region with the highest number of sales of apartments and villas, with 18 sales of AED 35 million, followed by a 23-million-dirham (23 million dirham) and a third with a total of 11 million dirhams (AED 4 million).

Mortgages were valued at AED2.8 billion, of which 20 were land mortgages valued at AED 2.6 billion and 29 were for villas and apartments valued at AED 200 million, the most important of which were in the Palm Jumeirah area of ​​AED 2.2 billion and in the fourth district of Al Barsha, valued at AED 454 million.
