Real estate transactions in the Land and Property Department in Dubai achieved more than 550 million dirhams
With a total value of AED 346 million, of which 16 million were sold for land with a total value of AED 174 million and 98 million for apartments and villas worth AED 172 million.
The most important land sales were AED 89 million in the Dubai Maritime City area, followed by a pledge of AED 20 million in the Al Satouh area followed by a pledge of AED 14 million in the 4th Thiena area.
Al-Yafra region topped the number of sales by 3 million dirhams, followed by Umm Al-Sheif with 2 million dirhams, and a third with a pledge of AED 20 million.
As for the most important sales of apartments and villas, it was a pledge of 18 million dirhams in the island 2 as the most important sales, followed by a pledge of 11 million dirhams in the island 2 and finally the pledge of 9 million dirhams in the island 2.
The mortgages were valued at AED 204 million, of which 23 were land mortgages valued at AED 155 million and 36 were villas and apartments valued at AED 49 million. The most important of these was the second investment park area of AED 34 million and the first in the Maisam area of AED 25 million
