Sharjah Expo Center has signed a cooperation agreement with the Riyadh International Convention and Exhibition Center to exchange their professional experience and know the best practices applied by both sides in the field of exhibitions and conferences industry and organizing specialized events. The agreement was signed on the sidelines of a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Riyadh International Conference and Exhibition Center held at its headquarters in Riyadh. Saif Mohammed Al Madfa, CEO of Sharjah Expo Center, said that the agreement is part of the close ties between the two centers and the Sharjah and Sharjah Chambers of Commerce and Industry, on the other hand, which comes in the context of the strong brotherly and historical relations between the UAE and Saudi Arabia. He added that Sharjah Expo Center will provide all the necessary support and transfer of all the knowledge and practices leading to Riyadh Center under the agreement, which stimulates the infrastructure of facilities and honing the skills of human resources and contribute to the use of these possibilities more effectively to increase productivity and improve the performance levels in the center. Al Madfa pointed out that the signing of the agreement comes within the framework of the strategy of Expo Sharjah, which gives great space to cooperate with the Arab Exhibition Centers in the field of transfer of expertise and dissemination of best practices to improve the exhibition industry in the region and enhance its global competitiveness, especially with the exhibition centers in Saudi Arabia. The Sharjah Expo Center has a reputation for excellence in the regional and international markets, which has proven its value in contributing to the development and promotion of the industry’s competitiveness in the UAE.
