ALDAR Properties signs development contract at Yas Island

Aldar Properties today announced the award of AED 1.3 billion worth of the contract to develop the waterfront project at Waters Island on Yas Island.
The award comes after the start of the initial work by the Dutch Foundation Foundation, which started work on the site in February this year.
Located on Yas Island’s eastern shores, the project’s units consist of residential studios and one to three bedroom apartments offering an open-plan lifestyle and residents will be able to walk around the project providing easy access to all facilities.
