ALDAR signs agreement to establish community services in Al Ghadeer

Aldar Properties has signed an agreement whereby the sale of two plots of land in the center of the Al Ghadeer project was completed with the aim of establishing community services to meet the needs of the project residents in a clear indication of the launch of the new master plan for the project.
Under the agreement, Al Ghadeer International School will be established in addition to the Lulu Supermarket, retail centers and medical center.
“This agreement reflects our commitment to increase facilities and facilities designed to ensure the comfort of Al Ghadeer residents,” said Talal Al Dhiaibi, CEO of Aldar Properties. “The announcement of these two facilities is evidence that Al Ghadeer development is underway in line with our strategy to develop desirable destinations and provide An integrated complex that provides its residents with a unique experience that includes all the amenities they need.
The new master plan for Al Ghadeer is ideally located in Abu Dhabi near Expo 2020 and has 14408 residential units. The residential floor area is expected to exceed 1.3 million square meters plus office space, retail space, hotels as well as educational and community facilities.
The plan includes the current Al Ghadeer residential complex with more than 2,000 residential units and is a preferred destination for families.
